Electrochemical responses are governed by electron transfer kinetics and solution-phase mass transport. The understanding of these processes facilitate the development of energy storage devices and chemical sensors. In our laboratory, we investigate the mass transport (diffusion, migration and convection) of redox species to micro- and nano-scale electrodes by both simulation and experiment.
